I worked in a number of operational support roles in Suncorp's banking business, specifically,- Resourcing & Planning - calculating and managing resourcing requirements for the retail branch network; preparing and facilitating budget planning with regional managers; administering incentive schemes for client managers and lenders- Vendor Management - partnering with external organisations supporting the lending network and managing internal stakeholder relationships; escalation processes; and evaluation of service delivery- Procedures & Requirements gathering - scoping impacts of system, regulatory, and service changes; consulting with business subject matter experts, business technology teams, and learning experts to document change impacts and develop supporting procedures, workarounds, and training.
