• Full management reporting to Directors consisting Sector Analysis in excel format via Sage 200• Monthly management reporting to Directors in graph format for comparison data• Provide information required for annual budgeting and forecasting• Provide information and analysis with regards to London office, Company flat and Tenancy agreements • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and annual P11D requirements• Year end audit prep for submission to external audit firm• Responsibility for Bank audits and liaison with Client Manager• Responsibility for project control, timesheets submission and coding• Liase with project managers regarding project budgeting, personnel logistics and reimbursable expenses• Ensure all Client Contract terms and conditions are adhered to• Responsible for submitting variations to the work scope to clients • Control PO validations, contract reviews and exceptions requests• Responsible for finance procedure updates and internal auditing procedures • Implementation of Sage 200 working manual for the Company• Role of Fire Warden and responsible for testing fire system and evacuation procedure• Social Group organiser for Company and non Company events
