A/P – Full cycle 3-way matching.• Upload scanned invoices from A/P email folders, burst and validatebatches.• Process assigned APS invoices – Invoicing that requires an A/PSpecialists review, correct the issues, forwarding on to the appropriate approver.• Process daily mailing of invoices and statements. Scan Invoices to A/P email anddistribute statements to supervisor.• Process the New Vendor Setup module and review software for Vendor, if not insystem, request New Vendor Setup Form & W-9 from approver. If vendor is insoftware, re-activate if necessary and forward on with the Vendor ID for APSprocessing.• Upload W-9’s in On-Base software.• Help implement new Vendor Setup processing form with suggestions & guidancefrom IT.• Place telephone calls to Vendors to acquire missing invoices from Statements asprovided by Supervisor.
