    Worked as a QA Lead for 5 years on large retail deposits and credit cards programs, including the integration of the first Mastercard into the RBC credit card infrastructure. During my time as a Program QA Lead, I worked very closely with both IT and the business units and built strongrelationships with my project partners.- For the Mastercard integration, I created an end to end testing plan which integrated the testing activities of 18 plus IT applications, the business operations activities as well as interfacing with the numerous third party vendors such as Gemalto, VISA and MasterCard. With little background on how credits cards worked, I was able to jump in, learn how all the IT applications integrated with one another and lead the testing for the implementation of the initial MasterCard infrastructure of the new MasterCard product. - Program QA Lead for the Business Deposits Statement composition project in which we moved the generation of paper statements from aninternal RBC system over to a vendor, Symcor. I lead and trained a team of 11 QA Analysts on how to test the core mainframe host systems,access the legacy application data and write the test cases.
