Having worked in the delivery of real estate projects for this over 20 years, I like to think there are few problems I haven’t encountered, worked through and come up with a solution for. In 2014 I joined Oxygen to head up development and I have never looked back. The team at Oxygen are exceptional; passionate, collaborative and there are no other people I would rather work with.The favourite part of my job is working together with my clients and my professional teams to solve problems and deliver projects that truly add value to our clients portfolios.A long time member of the BCO, I sit on the Mentoring Committee encouraging my peers to step up and mentor our next gen members. They are literally our industries future. Meeting with, learning from and sharing experiences with the next gen community is massively rewarding and something I feel passionately about.In my spare time I have had the privilege to be the first female chair of the Microscope Ball since 2019. The Ball raises much needed funds for Muscular Dystrophy UK, and I was was honoured to become trustee of the charity in 2021.Be it my projects, my mentoring or my fundraising work I have noticed a few common themes:-The more effort you put in the more success you get back-Success is a team game - no one succeeds alone -Laughter is truly the best medicine
