Having worked in commercial real estate for 24 years I have gained experience across all UK property sectors with a particular focus on Central London offices.In 1998 I started my real estate career with ING Investment Management where I worked on mandates for a broad range of clients including General Motors, Xerox Pensions, General Motors and Lionbrook. Whilst at ING I completed a masters in Property Valuation and Law at City University.In 2004 myself and my ING colleague founded Oxygen Asset Management. Oxygen has since grown into a leading London based asset and investment management business. The business prides itself on an extensive track record of delivering value-add strategies within our real estate portfolio allowing us to protect and enhance value for clients throughout changing market conditions.Oxygen manages in excess of £3billion of commercial real estate investments on behalf of a wide range of both institutional and private investment clients.
