Championed culture of EVMS compliance and R/O diligence as key tools to manage favorable EAC despite challenging customer expectations. Executed to challenge schedule resulting in early payment of major baseline review and design review milestones ($318M ITD) in first 18 months of program. Directed operations of 230 engineering and support staff, 40 overseas employees, five major subcontractors and 66 customer representatives embedded with development team. Aggressively pursued and awarded an additional $53M contract for additional transportable shelters.
