With a wealth of Management and Compliance experience working in the retail sector for over 24 years, the change in my career in 2018 as part of the large management restructure in Tesco created a refreshing change to my world, I took the opportunity to step back from management and take time out. Am I ready to get back into leadership again, only time will tell. I'm a firm believer in working hard, being honest and realible, striving every day to achieve any goal thrown at me. Treating everyone how I would like to be treated, being seen, heard and recognised is important and working shoulder to shoulder is just a few of my work ethics. I've worked with some amazing managers over my career and feel privileged to have learnt from them to be who I am today.
