• Currently managing a project with banks, IT and AP departments to set up a fully automated payment solution. Phase one will be a solution to reduce the volume of manual credit card payments. Phase two will be outsourcing all other payment types• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly liquidity reports and distribute to finance senior management• Work with the Director of Financial Planning to manage the risk management program• Develop cash flow template to be presented to the CFO during weekly meetings• Organize the distribution of monthly bank reports within the accounting department• Work closely with accounts payable department to set up a bi-weekly process for all electronic payments and checks to be disbursed• Work with legal department to set up various letters of credit for building leases• Establish day-to-day cash management process• Responsible for managing bank relationships and negotiating bank fees• Company administrator for the American Express T&E program including requesting new cards, increase and decrease limits, and cancel cards as needed• Negotiate trade letters of credit with customers• Manage the Risk Management portfolio for the United States• Manage short-term lines of credit

• Lead a global team project to implement a treasury workstation and personally trained all users in the New York office. After successful rollout, responsible for setting up treasury workstations and providing training for further North American acquisitions• Work with the Treasurer to manage the foreign currency positions for North America• Establish FX Spot, Forward and NDF contracts with various financial institutions to transfer money to and from the United States• Full knowledge and compliance with Dodd Frank rules and regulations.• Establish day-to-day cash management process• Hire and train treasury staff to manage daily and monthly processes• Work closely with the audit team to create SOX guidelines for the treasury• Develop cash flow template used globally to manage cash flow forecasting companywide• Responsible for managing bank relationships and negotiating bank fees• Manage letter of credit lines with various banks• Work with risk management and real estate departments and assist with setting up letters of credit• Responsible for managing intercompany, third party debt and various short-term lines of credit for North America• Organize the distribution of quarterly compliance information to bank groups and debt holders
