During my time at Smith & Noble I implemented a more thorough recruitment program including a targeted approach to identifying talent using strong collaboration with hiring managers. Regular duties included daily maintenance of Access database used to house all program information, running queries, creating reports, and reconciling with governing agencies. Tasked with expanding the database to better meet program needs, including creating macros for a seamless user experience and better integration between data tables, and troubleshooting issues. This position also entailed event planning annually, training office staff and independent contractors on policies and procedures, and administrative support. While employed, I developed a system of gathering and housing all curriculum for this program, including training the independent contractors who developed the curriculum, providing additional library of curriculum as a resource to trainers, forms, filing system, and a standardized list of learning outcomes to model college standards. I also worked with the Program Coordinator to update all manuals and provide resources to student staff in order to complete day-to-day tasks efficiently.
