I am involved in all phases of litigation from researching potential cases, filing complaints, managing and reviewing discovery, participating in depositions and participating in trials. I have been involved with cases that have started at the district level, seen them through appeal and then have been retried back at the district level. I conduct legal research using internet and Westlaw. I am responsible for managing the firm's electronic discovery databases and am responsible for managing Active Learning, analyzing active learning project outputs and recommend rank documents to be reviewed. I oversee the work of other paralegals and train contract paralegals on document review. I am highly motivated and enjoy the work I do, and am lucky to be fighting for those who need someone to speak for their injustices when they don't have a voice of their own.
