Member of SAIC’s National Space Sector which supports the Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) Program. General duties are as follows:· Quarterly forecast ownership (analysis, entry in Enterprise Performance Management, etc.)· Funding tracking to avoid funding-gap SPAs if possible; proactive SPA submittal when required.· Performs weekly cost analysis on Travel Authorization Request (TAR)s, ODCs, and Materials.· Interfaces with program managers, accounting, subcontracts, and procurement organizations as well as external customers to address operation issues in a timely and effective manner.· Profit Improvement to include labor analysis on FFP and T&M programs. · Works with Billing on releases and hold costs while ensuring timely invoice submittals.· Analyzes and reconciles invoicing, unbillables, and costs on hold on a recurring basis.· Supports cash flow improvement initiatives by maintaining detailed, complex invoice backup reports that drive customer invoice approvals.· Assists manager in training and mentoring other program controllers as needed.· Supports other program ad hoc requests as required.

Senior Financial Analyst for Social Security Administration (SSA)’s Information Technology Support Services Contract (ITSSC), Information Technology Engineering Support Services (ITESS), Agency Wide Services Support Contract (AWSSC), and Enterprise Technology Services Contract (ETSC). Responsible for pricing of over forty-five (45) active workplan proposal estimates, estimates to complete (ETCs), and mini-replans for the SSA’s Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR).· Responsibilities included financial analysis, rebaseline reporting, indirect rates table, other direct costs (ODCs), variance analysis, work products, overhead updates, and budget vs. actual while maintaining contract compliance.· Reviewed and approved ODCs against Accounts Payable actual data reports.· Prepared monthly margin summary analysis for Lockheed Martin IS&GS’ Performance Quarterly Review (PQR).· Prepared monthly financial package for customer deliverable.· Tracked and maintained contract start-up documentations to ensure business operations readiness for pending contract awards.· Coordinated inputs for the weekly status report and monthly technical progress report for the contract management task to meet customer deadlines.· Prepared travel, training, and equipment work products as directed by the SSA COTR.· Performed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the Information Systems Services Team (ISST) in deployment of financial queries in MS Access and SharePoint.· Utilized Contract Task Management System (CTMS) in MS Access for task order plans, staffing database, ODCs, and cost rates.· Worked diligently with the technical staff in systems improvement and deployment to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial and customer deliverables.· Conducted internal timesheets audits.· Back up duties included purchase requisitions, new task order and work order set ups, check requests, and quarterly unallowables.
