Assists in developing the technical underwriting infrastructure to serve all P&C lines of business for a Small Business product. Participates in the development of an automated underwriting platform, as well as underwriting and pricing guidance. Works on the development of new forms and endorsements and evaluates product changes for applicability to small business. Creates product, underwriting and process training materials for staff and agent partners. Performs analysis on underwriting results and actions, competitor environments, claim trends and local market mix of business.

Since 2016, I have handled three target markets programs, which involves my underwriting business in the industrial sector: manufacturing, craft beverage (breweries, wineries and distilleries), and utility services. Additionally, I am a specialist in underwriting food manufacturing exposures. Previous experience includes 13 years in general, middle markets, multi-line underwriting, which also included acting as a financial institutions specialist and coastal wind specialist.
