Lead a team of 14 cloud engineers responsible for supporting the cloud infrastructure for the Applied Digital Technology organization including advanced analytics, integration and visualization platforms, application development, data management, digital twins, and AI/ML services.

Executed organizational change management activities to support changes to our Analytics Platforms, namely the implementation of Snowflake and reduction of technical debt. During this time, I also served as the single SAFe Release Train Engineer for an Agile Release Train encompassing 16 product teams and 125+ employees in our Applied Digital Technology organization. Responsible for executing quarterly planning, coaching scrum masters, maturing lean-agile practices, and driving the rapid delivery of value to our customers.

Lead a team of 19 responsible for the support of all 2,200+ users and associated technology in our Houston headquarters, as well as 7 remote corporate sites nationwide. Managed a portfolio of $1.7MM infrastructure projects. This support spans desktop issues, AV and conference room technology, TCOM, and asset management.

Supported development of go-forward strategy for ConocoPhillips' transformational multi-year ERP program and managed multiple enabling projects in support of the program including a data quality project with a $5MM+ budget and the global legal and regulatory requirements project for Finance.

Responsible for partnering with the HR function to strategically develop solutions to support payroll, personnel administration, and benefits administration activities.

Develop and modify ABAP programs, analyze and collect technical requirements, manage file transfers, edit Unix scripts, and troubleshoot SAP HR issues.

Member of the SAP Migrations and Security team. I assist in manual transports, buffer reconciliation, and project support. I am also a security coordinator and am working toward a more in-depth knowledge of SAP Security.

Worked directly under the managing director of the Business Intelligence practice.- Collected ~150 case studies to post on the CSC Wiki which involved: interviewing consultants, technical writing, content editing, reformatting- Collected Personal Profiles for each person in the Business Intelligence, Performance Engineering, and Microsoft practices. This inculded: creating a profile template, tracking down all of the individuals, compiling the profiles for presentation
