The Data Integrity position has allowed me to lead the manufacturing site to a greater focus on data lifecycle and how to protect data. I have been able to grow relationships with the Quality, Quality Control Laboratories, Manufacturing, MSAT, Logistics, and Engineering to build a strong quality culture, understand the current issues and risks, and work towards compliant and logical solutions. My past experience in validation, especially strong computer validation skills and quality background lend to finding multiple possible options and utilizing the option that best fits the processes and business needs.
