- Lead team talks in which staff review daily sales and top-selling items and collaborate on an action plan to achieve sales targets- Handle all basic store operations at a high service and productivity level (fitting room, cashier, customer calls, O2O)- Fulfil money management and start-of-day and end-of-day operations administrative duties (exchange/refund transactions, safe count, banking, daily sales reports, discrepancy reports)- As division leader, review inventory and weekly sales of assigned division (women's knitwear) and create an action plan to maximise sales opportunities- Create daily store checklist to ensure the highest sales floor standards and back-of-house maintenance are met (cleanliness, tidiness, safety)- Delegate tasks and monitor customer service and workflow on the sales floor (fitting room, cashier, greeter)- Provide on-job-training for new starters and staff development training through constructive feedback and evaluation

- Conduct consultation and personalised service to understand customers’ preferences (fabrics, stitch types, length adjustments and styling) and ensure accurate fittings (measuring, pinning)- Maintain strict confidentiality concerning customers’ personal information- Collaborate and communicate with sales associates in fitting room and at cashier to provide seamless and integrated shopping experience for customers- Maintain a clean and safe workspace for alterations team- Deliver sewing services within given deadlines- Conduct thorough quality checks of completed alterations
