Operational Risk & Compliance - I.AM Amplified Program

The Customer Simplification Program aimed to deliver strategic improvements across the Business, Government & International (BG&I) team. During this phase of the Program I played a hybrid role as Senior Program Analyst and Change & Communications Analyst.

Customer Simplification Program aimed to deliver phase 2 of the multi-year roadmap of transformational change across the Business, Government & International (BG&I) team. I played a key role in the Change, Communications & Training Team to successfully roll out the program benefits across the extensive BG&I team.

Salesforce Transformation was part of a broad program of work aligned to the Business, Government & International (BG&I) 2025. As part of the Salesforce Transformation Program, the Project introduced enhanced technology – Salesforce Lightning – to all sales professionals. I played a key role in the Change, Communications & Training Team to successfully roll out the Salesforce Transformation Program within a short time frame.

Supported project managers on the Apple Pay Project and ASIC Problematic Debt Project to successfully deliver whilst ensuring appropriate governance, financial and reporting standards were in place to ensure compliance and quality was executed as part of delivery. Managed the projects’ PMO functions including financials, change controls, risks & issues, reporting, project collaboration sites, procurement, Business Case submissions, and resourcing.

The Visa Portfolio aimed to transform the cards experience for NAB customers, consisting of over 50 individual projects. The China Derivatives Project aimed to implement the licence approval process requirements for multiple initiatives in the NAB China portfolio, in order to establish and enhance NAB’s Shanghai and Beijing branch capability in mainland China. Successfully supported the project manager in all project related activities and reviewed China’s legislative, and Banking & Finance documentation to ensure it aligned to NAB’s strategic direction into this market.

The Bank of the Future for Business Program was a multi-horizon program aimed at delivering on NAB’s “Win Today, Win Tomorrow” strategy for Business Bank. My role as Project Delivery Lead was on the Servicing Stream - the primary objective to remove servicing related activities from Bankers and transfer the activities to a centralised servicing team.

The Automated Business Decisioning (ABD) Project aimed to introduce a credit originating decisioning tool for Business Lending. My role involved managing the Change, Communication, Training and Rollout of the Project to Bankers, nationally.

The eXpress Offshoring Program was a program of offshoring work that was strategically aligned with NAB’s “Efficiency, Quality & Service Program” across Business & Private Bank, which aimed to free up Bankers’ time for more customer relationship building and maintenance. My role as Project Lead was on the “Renewals & Churns Project” and the discovery of Small & Emerging Business (SME) opportunities for offshoring.

The eXpress Financial Statements (EFS) Project implemented NAB’s first Business Bank offshore process in India. I successfully managed the operations of the offshore process and implemented numerous improvement efficiencies.
