As a Recruiter, I identify the skills and experience profile of the site caseload, as well as managing my own caseload of over 75 candidates. My role is to develop great relationships with our local business community in Mandurah to successfully marketing EPlus to a wide variety of employers as well as marketing our candidates to find them rewarding sustainable employment. I also participate in the facilitation of group activities to build the skills and experience of our candidates to improve their employability skills.

Reporting directly to the CEO, My role as to provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant (My role) serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external team members on all matters pertaining to the CEO. My role also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; to organise and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. Within this role, I also participated in the coordination of teaching programs, marketing strategies, management of teaching resources and associated records.
