Manages customer and vendor relations in regards to budget preparation, maintain account and billing information, maintain appropriate cash management through banking relationships, monetary transactions and transfers, and authorizations for insurance billing processing over financial accounts • Receive all cash and lock box payments on patient accounts on a daily basis. • Post all payments and no-pays (manual and electronic) received and maintain accurate records on a daily basis. • Process insurance credit card payments. • Process live checks through designated bank check scanners. • Research requests for missing cash payments and/or EOB’s. • Analyzing data of confidential customer accounts, preparing month-end reports, • Makes accrual entries and performs necessary computation for general ledger and financial statement preparation. Responsible for commercial insurance payers, claims, and processing• Experience with financial systems processing, financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project implementation, accounting, and operational analysis• Manages vendor pricing policy, contracting standards, reimbursement and administrative fee process, and other internal controls and processes• Able to create communications to customers and insurance companies as needed to resolve issues to complete billing/claim processes• Manages customer collection responsibilities utilizing dispute resolutions • Prepare operations reports and explanations • Performs analytics to support period end close entries • Understand and monitor input of SAP statistics report and answer queries as needed• Assist in preparation of Physician payments • Tracks project spending against Capital Budgets and reconciles concurrently• Assist in Capital Budget preparation• Generate month end and YTD cost and productivity reports• Assist with preparation of Operational Efficiency reports• Good analytical, human relations, and communication skills
