As a leader with 20+ years of management experience, I understand how hard it is to lead a team. I didn't come from a management background in school, so I had to piece all of the information together in order to help my team succeed and become the leader I wanted to be. In 2017 I left corporate America and started my own business and learned very quickly how valuable those skills were when it came time to hire some help. The bad news is most entrepreneurs don't have the benefit of management experience and spend their days in overwhelm, frustration and confusion. The GREAT NEWS is that leadership and management are learnable skills. I currently spend my days helping female business owners hire, manage, and grow a team of individuals that actually DO what they are paid to do. The founders get to actually spend time working in the things that matter most because they have people who can make the business run without having to be micromanaged. It's incredibly gratifying to empower these women to create more time for themselves and their families while increasing revenue beyond what they ever thought possible.
