Leadership has been out of balance for a millennium. Leveraging masculine approaches toward hierarchy, power, authority and dominance. Even in corporations, leverage the theories that kings followed to rule are still applied. The feminine has been views as ‘soft’, or ‘weak’ and for sure less effective.
Not any more.

It’s no surprise that we have MORE disengagement amongst team members now despite the exponential increase in leadership development companies, theories and dollars spent. The entire approach to introduce new ideas into what it means to be a leader have failed, because the system they are implemented into, is and has been in a rapid free fall for several decades.
