Through public input and active engagement with local and nationwide aging network partners, identify needs and develop innovative options to offer older adults choice of the home and community-based services that suit them best so they may age in place with dignity.

Implemented and analyzed blood donor direct marketing campaigns on behalf of 36 regions nationwide. Maintained dialogue with representatives from each region to communicate program updates, respond to needs and make program enhancements. Developed and rolled out communications tools and resources in partnership with region and headquarters staff to support local blood donor programs that aligned with national messaging priorities and created economies of scale, saving region resources.
