Creative Director
CurrentMentor, manage, and inspire a creative team to create award-winning, meaningful digital and printdesigns. Oversee day-to-day tasks, assign projects and workload, train and coach team members,and handle escalations.Lead creative projects from proposal to production:- Pitch and present innovative work to clients, including branding, UX/UI design and strategy,packaging design, campaigns, visual identity, research, naming, and brand strategy.- Review all creative to ensure it aligns with the project objectives while aligning with the scopeof work; find project efficiencies to increase firm revenue; consult with the research team todirect successful in-the-field and digital research initiatives, work in collaboration with internaland external teams for to ensure project requirements are being met.- Manage and meet demanding deadlines while juggling multiple projects and clients.- Act as a main point of contact for clients; lead internal and external meetings.- Partner with agency owners to establish and manage relationships with partners, prospectiveclients, existing clients, and vendors (developers, printers, engineers, researchers, videographers,photographers, etc.).- Serve on the Employee Experience Committee which has a mission to create positive change,support professional development, implement new processes, and pitch ideas to the owners.
