I was responsible for tracking the various milestones involved with onboarding new Chairs/exective coaches, as they begin growing their groups.* Developed the training program for TEC Canada Chair Portal and MyTEC site* LinkedIn Sales Training for outside contractors* Event planning by researching venues, catering, signage, displays, marketing materials, A/V* Negotiate contracts with service providers such as hotels and convention centers* Created and distributed e-invitations through Salesfusion* Prepared welcome packages for all new contractors, ordered business cards, created printed biographies using InDesign.
