This Project Management role was responsible for managing small IT projects across many of Vodafone's internal systems. At any time I would manage the end to end process for up to 15 projects at a time, including budget allocation, management and forecasting, resource management, stakeholder liaison and management, the change management process and project reporting.I was also responsible for developing and managing a new small project management system, which brought together three different small project management processes that existed when Vodafone merged with TelstraClear in 2013. I ensured success in this role by building strong relationships with all existing and new business stakeholders, rapidly getting a good understanding of all of the existing processes and learning in detail about the systems covered by the small project process, and their associated business processes.

I was responsible for completing all BA activities and managing the end to end project process for up to 10 small IT projects at a time. As well as the standard project management tasks required for small projects, I also elicited all stakeholder requirements, documented the requirements, worked with the Developers to translate the business requirements into functional requirements and ensured the delivery of the requested solution.This role required a detailed understanding of the business processes and system requirements and linkages to ensure that proposed changes could be completed within budget and provide ongoing value to the business.

I focused on ensuring that all contact our customers had with the TelstraClear Customer Care Contact Centre were as clear, open and unambiguous as possible. I worked across the business to ensure consistency and clarity. Continuous Improvement was another element to this role and I worked across the customer care environment to identify, develop and implement business process improvements with the aim of reducing handle time, increasing throughput and simplifying processes and handoffs.
