Owned the delivery of the first revenue generating solution, tested it as a proof of value and captured learnings to drive subsequent business streams o Worked on the problem statement to enable smallholder farmers to gain institutional loans for their season needs o Prioritised and communicated functional requirements to data engineers to develop an automated data pipeline, to generate reports and share farmer visibility with the banks o Tested and documented insights which inform new business streams to focus on traceability and closer partner relationships2. Managed a scrum team to launch a farmer facing app from ideation to MVP stage, and acquired more than 200,000 user downloads during MVP o Led the team to create a knowledge base product that focused on reducing risk, increasing yield, and connecting farmers to the value chain o Developed an iterative experiment process, to involve hypotheses testing, research, events analysis to generate user insights for product enhancement o Identified cross-team dependencies ahead of time, enabled collaboration among teams to release according to timeline o Learnings involved validated hypotheses for Yara to move the digital presence into the 3rd party ecosystem3.
