As a litigation attorney, I focus my practice on products liability defense. I began my practice in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1997. I moved back to my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri in 2005, and joined Stinson Morrison Hecker, which became Stinson Leonard Street and is now Stinson LLP. I started the Children's Products practice group at Stinson Leonard Street. My practice focuses on the representation of manufacturers and distributors in Products Liability litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States. I also consult with product manufacturers on issues related to warnings and labeling for their products. I am knowledgeable in areas related to safety, warnings and regulations affecting children's products. I have successfully represented manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of products in litigation involving claims of personal injuries and property damages. I am experienced in the industries of construction litigation and mass tort litigation involving benzene, asbestos and diacetyl exposure.
