• Project Manager for five years on a data collection study on Wraparound service. Adherence to the Wraparound model was measured using the Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI) and fidelity scores compared to clinical outcomes. This project was a major contributor to the national study headed by Dr. Eric Bruns, PhD, at the University of Washington, School of Medicine. Responsibilities included sampling, data management, training and managing interviewing team, coordination with seven counties in California to meet local requirements and deadlines, quality control to meet protocol requirements, procedure development, and analysis. Approximately 5,000 interviews were completed. Outcomes confirmed high fidelity scores to the Wraparound model indicated better clinical outcomes for subjects. • Implemented and managed a four year study to determine the post-discharge effectiveness of therapeutic programs. Approximately 2,000 interviews were completed. Responsibilities included policy and procedure development, sampling, data management, managing interviewing team, and analysis. Subjects were at high risk of removal from their home, typically referred from the juvenile justice system, and had varied school attendance. Results showed a significant decrease of subjects involved with the juvenile justice system, increased school attendance, and maintained their placement at home.• Statistical analytics conducted on internal agency outcomes to meet contractual needs, grant proposals, and research purposes. Completed approximately 50 varied reports annually.• Acted as the interim manager for team during the last four years. Managed operations, data collection projects, team supervision, and general department needs as coverage was needed. Regularly monitored team’s assignments, set priorities, and forecasted outstanding resources required to meet deadlines.
