Provides consulting and training services for a system of 1600 public, school, academic, and special libraries. Consulting specializations include strategic planning, community engagement, public health, social services, and climate preparedness. Hosts community chats for special libraries and health sciences libraries. Facilitates quarterly library social work networking meetings. Collaborates with the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners and the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health to connect library workers and patrons with statewide mental health resources. Publishes the MLS Community Engagement Blog, which features creative ways librarians are connecting with their communities. Serves on the Leadership Team for the Blue Marble Librarians.

Promoted use of biomedical resources for librarians, health professionals, the public health workforce, and the public. Facilitated Communities of Interests for Health Literacy and Healthy Communities. Presented and exhibited National Library of Medicine resources throughout the New England Region. Led the New England Region's Focused Health Information Outreach, an initiative to increase health information equity through access to National Library of Medicine resources for geographic areas in New England. Taught workshops on health literacy and grant writing. Served as the NN/LM NER's Outreach Resource Evaluation Center (OERC) Evaluation Liaison.
