Trusted partner and Executive Assistant to the Head of Talent. Helped drive organizational success through management of day-to-day operations and acted as a mentor and central resource to other assistants in the HR organization. Provided executive support to the Head of Legal and 2 senior Attorneys in the execution and delivery of estate planning services to ultra–high net worth, celebrities and c-suite clients of ANZ Private Wealth. Complex calendar scheduling, time recording and travel coordination and preparation of sensitive financial documentation whilst maintaining a high level of discretion. Managed team expenditure and client billing. My strong attention to detail capabilities are demonstrated through my meticulously organized client files, detailed attendance notes and applications to the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Calendar and email management for General Manager, trusted partner and managed daily operations, expenditure and budget analysis, contract management and producing reports on monthly sales targets and performance of recruitment consultants. Assisted General Manager with recruitment activities for consultants and team administrators. Coordination of candidate networking events and social club activities. Mentored junior admin team.
