• Management of a wide portfolio of Wholesale accounts including High Value and Key Accounts for Orcon Wholesale channel.• Ensure all customers are professionally managed to agreed targets for products, solutions, contractual requirements, service agreements, operational services including systems & processes.• Develop and grow professional relationships wherever possible ensuring that customer service is paramount.• Escalation point for faults and queries relating to commercial, fulfil, assure and billing activities.• Understand the regulatory environment & requirements and ensure that these commitments are a reality for all who deliver the wholesale customer experience.• Effectively negotiate delivery timeframes and co-ordination of internal resources and other stakeholders to ensure client expectations and timelines are met
