During COVID, services are being conducted virtually using Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, and other secure video platforms. I am skilled in administering and interpreting results of academic, aptitude, fluid intelligence, and interest testing. A comprehensive report will be provided to explain results to include job suggestions, accommodations, employability, and other relevant information and is provided within 14 days of the evaluation. I work with people with disabilities to help them find jobs. We have a social responsibility to see a person with a disability as a person and not a disability. We work together to overcome physical, emotional, and social barriers. We have to do our part in helping their voice be heard. I work with employers to come up with creative accommodations for people with disabilities. The result is win-win--the company gets a hard-working, reliable, and productive employee while the employee is empowered as a valued member of society. As a Vocational Expert, I provide testimony regarding job availability as well as the skills needed to perform specific job skills. I answer hypothetical questions asked by the Administrative Law Judge regarding an indivdiual's ability to perform work. This includes considering a hypothetical individual's age, education, work history, and specific limitations with regards to ability to work in the national economy. I also research the labor market to determine available jobs in different metropolitan markets as well as national economy. This research involves reviewing the most recent employment wage and statistics. Statistical wage information can offer insight on loss of wage earning capacity, available jobs, settlement litigation, and social security disability cases. Clients include Social Security Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Financial Services, Department of Labor, attorneys, claim professionals, and insurance companies.
