Worked with volunteers and staff to implement and run unified sports programs such as: Unified Recreation Days, Unified Tournaments and Project UNIFY in the schools/colleges. Worked at the state level to check, recruit, track, and train volunteers at the state events.-secured over $200,000 in Department of Education funding for our unified programs-increased our Project UNIFY program-increased participation in all programs while staying under budget -learned and implemented Vsy Volunteer Management System (a computer database program) at the state level for state events

These programs ranged from one on one therapy programs to Special Olympics competitions. -goal setting and evaluation on all programs-budget management/fundraising-attended the 2010 National Special Olympics Games as a Coach with the Link Associates soccer team.
