I oversaw the daily operations of the international research study and provided support to over 70 national and international campus partners to ensure their participation and achieve desired results.

As ePortfolio Program Manager (2013 - 2016), I led a campus-wide initiative to integrate ePortfolios for enhanced teaching and learning. This included developing web resources, guiding faculty, staff, and students in using ePortfolios for reflection and assisting faculty with curriculum integration.As the Academic Internship Program Manager (2012 - 2013), I advised students on internships and career growth, taught UNIV 390: Organizational Change & Community Leadership, organized internship events, and facilitated the Illinois Board of Higher Education internship grant. I also maintained program records and generated reports to support ongoing improvements.

Wearing many hats at Elon, each enriched my commitment to fostering a vibrant educational environment. I crafted curriculum, led impactful programs and conferences, and led an initiative to redesign the leadership program. I've guided students through the transition to college, advised and lectured, overseen experiential learning, and spearheaded assessment efforts. I've mentored interns and student directors, led recruitment and orientation, and contributed to division-wide committees.
