Collaborate closely with PR and Marketing team to ensure all creatives maintain brand consistency. Develop and manage media packages for events and promotional activities.

Collaborate in a team environment with web development and community to update and maintain web designs and graphics for all Red 5 Studios web sites. Work directly with the marketing team to provide advertising concepts and final assets in a timely fashion. Maintain high standards of quality in all visual output, in-game and out that creates unique value.

Manage high-volume graphic production work for national brand name clients; Tasks include resizing, recoloring, photo retouching, and proofreading. Conceptualize and design client marketing materials including yellow page advertisments, flyers, direct mail, web banners, and landing pages.Collaborate in conceptualizing and designing company’s branding.

Design print advertisements and coupons for local businesses. Correspond with clients and advertising manager to create effective campaigns. Layout and set advertisement sections and editorial space of the newspaper. Prepare files for electronic transfer to print facility by proofreading & converting files to appropriate format.

Design graphic covers for the Entertainment, Feature, and Sports sections of the newspaper. Organize and layout news articles, jumps, and photographs. Create info-graphics corresponding to articles for visual aid. Communicate with section editors to form weekly plans, ensuring successful issues. Assist editors with troubleshooting of Adobe InDesign.

Provide high level administrative support to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Counseling and Health Services and the Director of Campus Assault Resource Program. Serve as back up for the Counseling Center receptionist.
