Worked at a kiosk in a major mall in Southern California, hired to drive sales and engage in customer interaction and awareness of a product new to the market. Trained to inform and educate the customer before qualifying them for purchase, ensuring the product they bought suits their needs. Operating in an open air mall has allowed me the opportunity to engage many different faces and personalities. Responsible for management of day-to-day operations including cash management, employee discipline and commendation, inventory management and maintaining a weekly schedule. Collaborated with corporate management to boost sales, provide ideas for better operations, and troubleshoot any kiosk or employee issues which may arise.

Ran personal and business errands and assisted with office work. Ran deliveries in company vehicle while projecting a safe and positive company image at all times. Was key in facilitating and developing relationships with a diverse set of clients, such as homeowner associations, property management companies, and homeowners, etc. Provided customer service on a daily basis and helped on other critical project matters. Scheduled appointments on a daily basis to help drive additional revenue by handling incoming calls and placing outgoing calls to potential new customers. Proactively interacted with colleagues and customers throughout all aspects of the job by attending to both their immediate and long term concerns and needs.

Sold product for Cameras and Camcorders, worked quite extensively in all aspects of electronics. It was important to be a well rounded employee to be a Fry's salesman, because they expect that you'll be able to help a customer in any way possible.

Currently 50 units towards my AA at Golden West College. Planning to attend the Spring semester of 2011.
