Managed state-level public policy campaigns that resulted in passage of 15 wrongful conviction laws and administrative policies. Developed strategies and implemented tactics such as legislative lobbying, media advocacy, coalition building and digital engagement to advance reforms. Created advocacy materials, testimony, issue briefings, and media content. Engaged diverse stakeholders ; e.g. created working group with Wyoming Prosecuting Attorneys Association, Trial Lawyers Association, Attorney General’s Office, Public Defenders and lawmakers that resulted in Wyoming legislature enacting a “Factual Innocence Law.”

Spearheaded successful legislation and policy initiatives including bringing the CornellTechnion campus to Roosevelt Island, preventing senior center budget cuts, and protecting women’s reproductive rights.
