My role goes beyond managing social media; I pride myself on understanding each client's full marketing strategy and business model to ensure our social media efforts drive real business results. Whether it’s capturing compelling content, writing engaging copy, or even stepping in front of the camera, I blend creativity with strategic thinking to deliver RESULTS! My contributions to business development at Candybox involve continually contributing to enhancing our social media services to keep us ahead of clients needs. I’ve improved conversions for multiple brands, most notably securing a partnership with Forbes Global Properties for a real estate client and driving record YOY profitability for a service-based company through our targeted social media campaigns.Beyond my marketing responsibilities, I also lead a team of social media managers, collaborating with them daily to develop their skills and provide support on various accounts. I believe in leading by example, fostering a supportive environment, and encouraging innovative ideas. I’m committed to continuous learning, regularly taking courses to refine my marketing and leadership skills and gaining insights into business development to maximize my impact.Outside of my 9-5, I run a Wedding & Events Content Creation company, Misha Media, where I film and edit social media-ready content for people to share candid moments from their special days. As an ex-competitive volleyball player, I stay active by playing in adult leagues year-round and also enjoy hitting the golf course during the summer and the slopes in the winter.I'm always up for a chat.
