Over the last 150 years, Bausch + Lomb has become a global hallmark for innovation and quality. Working with my team as Territory Manager for Ocular Pharmaceuticals, I deliver education and support to Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Allergists on the lastest medications for glaucoma, cataract surgery and allergic conjunctivitis. I call on clinics and hospitals, working with key decision makers on surgical protocols and patient treatment plans. Inpsiring people to do what is in their best interest involves a transfer of enthusiasm for the science behind products that improve the patient experience and optimize outcomes. Bringing almost 25 years of experience within the eyecare community, I focus on building relationships and strategic partnerships, exceeeding targets for client and company, and developing new tools for HCPs.

Coach of the territory managers of Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) guiding strategic planning, profitable sales growth, membership acquisition and use of a multi service offering. I grew use of diverse and specialized services to independent Optometry clinics with training, marketing, financing, KPI benchmarking and buying group support that ensured small business owners could remain independent and competitive in their market. I co-authored and launched a "Leadership & Management Training Program" for optometry owners and staff, which became the most highly successful training program with over 100 graduates in 4 years. Previously I developed and launched nationally a Key Performance Indicator program that allows Optometrists to track their clinic performance in 9 core areas against Canadian benchmarks.My expertise in short and long term planning support includes accredited continuing education delivery in-clinic and on-demand. My contribution to the education catalogue included authoring seminars such as ~ "Optimizing Patient Outcomes to Prevent Walkouts"​~ "Luxury Dispensing"​~ "Building a Success System"​ and~ "Understanding Digital Eye Strain"As a featured speaker I have gained valuable experience in dynamic and expressive communication to my peers. To date I have delivered over 500 education presentations and been a featured speaker at 6 provincial trade shows. My support of the region allowed me the enjoyment of leading clinics and my team to develop a strategy for continued success.

As a Regional Account Manager for OSI, I travelled throughout BC and Canada providing business support and consulting services to independent, clinic-owning Optometrists. My specialties included writing and delivering educational seminars on industry specific business topics, training staff and improving clinic performance. This included analysis of past performance, goal setting, facilitating team meetings and designing systems for goal achievement. I had the pleasure of presenting to large audiences about Optometric clinic management, business solutions and dispensing tips as a guest speaker at Canadian trade shows in continuing education presentations. I also did event planning for many company presentations. While managing a large Optometric clinic, I gained extensive management experience, leadership training and comfort working within a team framework. Strengths include improving office efficiency, comparing sales strategies and analysing profitability metrics. My passion is helping others achieve their goals.

As a manager at IRIS in Richmond Centre, BC, I worked with a team of Optometrists, Opticians and Assistants building the IRIS brand at one of the largest locations in Western Canada. This included staff training, optimizing sales results within a structured metrics system, building the volume of our Optometrist's schedule and solving any problems that a client experienced. The IRIS concept is high end optical dispensing in a non-discount environment, and I received excellent experience and management training as well as a President's Award for personal sales.
