I am a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Walgreens, the first global pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing enterprise. I have been with Walgreens for over 17 years, spending the majority of my tenure as a Senior Recruiter and progressing to a Senior Analyst, TA Analytics, before assuming my current role in November 2022.As a Manager, Talent Acquisition I oversee the administration and compliance of talent acquisition programs, policies, and processes for Walgreens' support office. I also lead the team of Coordinators who provide data-driven insights and solutions to optimize the talent acquisition strategy and performance. Additionally, I lead the team of Talent Sourcers, enabling efficient resource allocation, fostering data driven decisions, and supporting continuous strategic improvements. I am passionate about finding, engaging, and retaining the best talent for Walgreens, and empowering them to achieve their career goals and deliver exceptional customer service. I hold a CIR certification and have strong skills in employee benefits, human resources, and employee relations.
