I work closely with clients to create custom collections for their Specialty Store needs.Our in-house manufacturer leverages the client's options on custom designed apparel for a range of needs, including but not limited to Collegiate, Country Clubs, and Corporate demands.

Working in a small company, I managed strategic areas such as Recruiting, Legal and Financial areas and Stakeholder Management. My role grew to manage Internal Administrative Operations and Hiring. The IT Recruiting aspect was the main demand as the company grew to multiple Client Projects, and strategically we saw the need to change the Internal Recruiting System. Each Project Manager became a Hiring Manager that worked with me directly. The amount of Stakeholders increased, as did the amount of demands in a short span of time. This required quick maneuvers to deal with new expectations not only in terms of Talent Acquisition but managing expectations from each Stakeholder.This new format allowed us to sort candidates per Client Project from the start, and fast track the ones with the most potential. This was critical as there was an increase of competitiveness in the IT Recruiting Market as the Pandemic opened frontiers, requiring the team to adjust strategies and source talent from alternative places. Overall, Recruiting changed over the course of nearly 2 years that I started and led the Team alongside the Tech Leads that participated in the process. We analyzed, adjusted, changed course and improved processes over time to match the Talent Acquisition Demand that continued to grow. It was a great experience working with both the CEO and Project Managers as well as building a Team that had worked well to adapt to the changing demands. In parallel, I worked with the team to improve Administrative Systems both on Legal and Financial areas. During that time, we were able to create a clear Process for both On-boarding and Off-boarding Contractors taking care of the human aspect as well as improving documentation on each step. I worked closely with outside Legal Council to improve Client and Contractor Contracts and managed that process on both ends. On the Financial aspect, my role was mainly to summarize and report information to Stakeholders.

As the first non-technical Team Member, I brought a new perspective to dealing with internal and external company needs. My main purpose at first was to work alongside the CEO to produce content to attract new clients and to introduce the company to new hires as well as work on Internal Communications throughout the Team. As it was a small startup company, my role grew to include Internal Operations and Administrative tasks. I had the opportunity to improve the overall working environment both physically and in terms of Team Support and Communication. I started two online activities when the Pandemic started to increase team interaction across the company.As the Tech Recruiting needs grew, I was promoted to build and lead that team. I started with one intern and we streamlined the Recruiting Process.

The company wanted to improve its online presence and contracted my services to act as a Marketing Coordinator. The main focus was updating the Website and content to reflect the growth of the company. I worked alongside the CEO to strategize Marketing objectives with the use of a third party company specialized in Website Creation and SEO, we recreated the website to host new content and a more accessible and complete Landing Page.

Studied for a semester abroad in France, learning through emersion in a new context full of culture and new experiences. All the classes were conducted in French.

Conducted conversational classes with High School students and Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS Higher Technician national Certificate) students. With the objective of providing a learning environment to apply their grammar, comprehension, understanding of the English language.
