Via New York City Health and Hospitals telehealth communications, I provided discharge instructions to positive and negative COVID-19 patients. I advised patients about proper isolation precautions and necessary use of emergency services. I enrolled patients in a stay at home symptom management monitoring program

Under Dr. Sandy Cayo's supervision, I helped prioritize immediate educational needs for RNs taking care of COVID-19 patients which included but was not limited to medical ventilator care, proper use of personal protective equipment, and proper COVID-19 diagnostic technique.
