CurrentKey achievement:1. Led compensation program, annual performance management review and unit allocation practice of 800+ partners across 5 business units and enabling areas in the firm.2. Successfully completed the execution of a firm-wide strategic transformation project in shaping a new Partners’ compensation model with Deloitte China and drove key transformation initiatives.3. Reviewed and revamped Partners’ compensation model including base pay structure, profit sharing model, variable pay restructures, job evaluation, role definition and incentive program with support of variety of compensation statistics, financial and other information from various database across the firm4. Spearheaded design and implementation of a complex and comprehensive automation project that significantly reduced repetitive manual work maintaining Partner personal and compensation data and successfully launched the first Partner Portal and online working station for partner matters in the firm
