Having cultivated a passion for digital and operational improvements, I am working as a Consultant in Deloitte's Digital Customer division. I graduated from UBC Sauder with a Bachelor's in Commerce and Stats, and have experience in data analytics, visualization, requirements-gathering on large-scale engagements, and Salesforce transformations. My previous skills include automation and analysis in VBA, Tableau, R and Excel, dashboard creation, automation using CRM and macros, customer analysis in Shopify & GA, and report-building.During my time at Sauder, I was actively involved in the student community through participating in case competitions and undertaking leadership and project management roles. I am always excited to learn more and explore digital transformations, business strategy, and pro-bono consulting.
