I worked in the Electric Media / Irish Times Group for over 7 years. I held position of MD and was one of the youngest female Managing DIrectors in Media at the time. I received the IAPI 'Judges Special Recognition Award' for my achievements in Media during this time. Electric Media represented global and domestic leaders in news, entertainment, sport, fashion, parenting and much more to generate online advertising revenue from their audiences. Our role in the media ecosystem was to facilitate brands reaching audiences through online channels operated by Electric Media.Our team prepared complex and exciting digital campaigns/solutions for brands, serve them using ad serving software, track the campaign results and reported back to client. We worked closely with brands, advertisers, media agencies and PR agencies.Products included:- display advertising (all devices)- online sponsorship- media takeovers- digital campaigns with offline activations - content solutions - video advertising - creative support Media Brokers is our programmatic advertising solution. I personally launched Media Brokers in Ireland as Ireland first programmatic network established in Ireland. The key focus was to offer: - Detailed audience targeting solutions for brands - A professional and reliable advertising channel for brands in a busy market place - Publishers a safe channel to monitise their remnant or unsold inventory. - Advertisers cost effective display rates - Offer a cost per lead platform for advertisers - A professional service - A whitelabled trade desk for many Irish Advertising agencies Media Brokers was the most successful product in the Electric Media portfolio and one of my greatest achievements in business.
