Responsibilities: Processing Outward & Inwards Payments charges and ensuring that errors are kept to a minimum. Settle charges for foreign banks as per their request via MT191 messages & Nostro accounts on intellisuite system daily. Print, Complete and reconcile audit report with 1000s entries on a weekly basis. Investigate & Settle Invoices received from foreign banks on a monthly basis.  Invoice foreign banks for payment charges on a monthly basis. Maintenance of team mailbox. Dealing with and resolving charges queries from foreign banks, reconciliation and investigation departments daily. Responsible for training in of new staff.Achievements: Covering team lead role in the absence of the team leader. Dealing with escalated queries on a daily basis from team members & other departments.  Training and mentoring new and less experienced staff. Team Lead Administration – start of month tasks, daily stats, procedure’s and weekly/daily reports. Implemented a Continues Improvement where the Printing and reconciling of audit reports are now being done on our charges team instead of us awaiting this report from the reconciliation team.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for printing, charging and credit risking 1000s BOL instructions daily. Dealing with all queries both internal and external in a timely manner. Responsible for daily balancing of the system. Daily liaising with a number of different areas such as global markets, BOL helpdesk & team leaders, relationship managers, dealers & customers.  Support the implementation of new/upgraded systems and procedures as well as changes to processes within payments. Provide feedback to Customer Care regarding issues with the help desk to improve cooperation between the BOL team and the BOL help desk. Support and assist new BOL members by using my knowledge to train less experienced members of my team. Credit risking of International account payments. Processing of up to 100s account transfers daily. Obtaining rates from dealers and positioning payments where required. Set up agreements for each new customer for MT101 instructions. Quality control each Instruction and verify that all details match with agreements. Credit risk and process each instruction accurately.  Calculate and debit charges for MT101’s on a Quarterly basis.Achievements: Winner of New Employee of the year award in BOI Group Payments 2007 Assisted in the migration of BOL NI/UK work from Belfast to Dublin by Training up on the BOL NI/UK system and brought back the knowledge to my colleagues in the Dublin Office. Presented the PACT (Payments and Customers together) workshop to a number of groups in the department in the role out of the initiative.
