I support government and nonprofit agencies that are launching new initiatives, or reimagining how they do their work, to advance their missions more quickly. I do this through research, strategic planning, partnership development, and technical assistance. Much of my work focuses on community safety, and many of my projects work across the intersections.

• Served in the strategic development, program design, launch, and management of the City’s behavioral health programs that support community members struggling with substance use and mental health.
• Led four concurrent programs, supervising 10 and supporting 22 staff members.
• Guided efforts with 25+ government agencies and community partners to bridge equity and system gaps, enabling vulnerable community members to access necessary mental health care and services.
• Managed program budgets, administering $1.25M in grant funding from multiple sources including federal, state, and private foundations.
• Oversaw procurement and contract administration, working closely with department attorneys, city staff, and vendors to ensure compliance with city requirements and timely deliverables.
• Acted as consultant and mentor to 60+ similar programs and communities across the country.
