I developed and maintained databases for a wood industry inspection company based out of Louisiana. We also developed and maintained databases for their customers on-site.

I performed as a Programmer Analyst for the Browser Interface group supporting the core and ancillary finance software products of Jack Henry & Associates. We developed and customized a user-friendly browser-based interface for institutions wanting a different and more "friendly" interface screen for their users. We also provided customer support for the interface as needed due to changes, new releases, and customizations. In addition, we provided installation services as well as installation support year around.

I performed as a programmer analyst in the sales department. My primary focus was providing support to the sales staff and vice presidents of CFI. Any needs of accessing the databases for reporting purposes were funneled through me. I also provided direct support to the executives and assisted in the development of reports and analysis of data for new projects and campaigns.
