As a Clinical Specialist, I have direct responsibility ensuring optimal functional operation of the Brainlab suites. I adapt quickly and strategically using my training if any issue arises to not compromise patient quality care. I work collaboratively with Physicians, and hospital personal to maximize product usage and efficiency. Previously as a Lab Manager, I created a business plan, doing market research, following the industry trends. It was a successful satellite facility for 9 years. This is due to marketing, and solid management. Thinking outside the box, and being creative also made me successful. I attended exhibits and delivered presentations. I communicate clearly and efficiently to a diverse group of people, employees, and other medical professionals. I am a strong leader and manage employees with a clear and with effective communication. I have been a professional liaison between the hospitals and patients, problem solving and quick thinking when needed. I have a strong broad range skill set. I am very computer proficient, and have been extensively trained on computers. Operating the lab and being the sole responsible person I have dealt with the daily management of day to day operations, scheduling, budgets, clients, SOPS, FDA and State inspectors, qa/qc, marketing, sales, recruitment, IT, etc. As an innovative person, I am constantly looking for ways to improve not only myself professionally, but my workplace and I seek nothing less than excellence and efficiency.   • Provide on-site consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving during surgery in order to maximize product efficiency and usage• Analyze, resolve and repair product issues through detailed analysis and utilization of engineering expertise• Direct and assist Radiology staff in performing necessary scans prior to surgery• Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical and Information Technologies staff, on the use of IGS products and services • Develop and conduct training programs for hospital staff enabling them to implement in-house training• Act as primary customer liaison, maintaining contact with customer, assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and working to increase revenue via the sale of spare parts, upgrades, etc.• Work closely with the Senior Application Consultant, Area Account Manager, Key Account Manager and Marketing Manager on market transparency, upgrade initiatives and R&D projects• Utilize engineering expertise to contribute to the quality improvement process by recommending product modifications• Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote IGS products and services• Keep abreast of developments regarding Brainlab and competitive IGS products and services via ongoing training and individual research and analysis
