I am experienced in a variety of initiatives geared towards creating opportunities for students, especially underserved and traditionally underrepresented populations, to become lifelong learners who have the skills and knowledge to pursue their interests in S.T.E.M. Career pathways. Within my 15 years of professional experience, I have designed and implemented effective STEM curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment methods for adult and student learners.
